Exercises are constantly prescribed in order to improve patient’s capacity to move, relieve of pain and to prepare them “to back to the game” as soon as possible. Also, he can reduce pain and improve movements through the application of many different types of tapes like Biomechanical, Kinesio Tape, Dynamic tape, and McConnell.
