Dr. Karena Wu returns to The Today Show to discuss lower body injuries and how to prevent them. As the weather warms up and people exercise outdoors more, the lower body can get injured if the person is not conditioned or has not trained appropriately for the activity. The AVP was one of the first professional sports to host live competition exclusively for online and real time viewing during COVID19. The AVP Champions Cup Series was live streamed on Amazon Prime and was showcased on both NBC and NBC Sports Network (NBCSN).
