In this role, she was responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including patient chart management, prescription refills, schedule management through emails and phone calls, document management, insurance verification, prior authorization, and handling referrals. Before transitioning to medical virtual assistance, she was advocating for healthcare at United Healthcare and Cigna.
