Joe Buffa’s passion for fitness and energetic therapies are one movement. His artful understanding of the dynamics of form and depth of the human experience expand well beyond his 20 year global dance and training career. He has trained clients across the U.S. and throughout Europe.

As a Master Reiki Practitioner, Joe has experienced profound changes in his clients well being since the beginning of his 6 years of treatments. His ability to connect into his clients comes through his own success stories of navigating the major loss of important friends and family members at a young age, as well as healing through the emotional and physical trauma’s of these experiences.

His mission is to guide his clients into strengthening their natural abilities of healing themselves to fully experience the worlds both inside and outside of themselves.
